Terminal quote required

Refinery output, fees, and wait need a terminal quote

Refinery methods and locations are source-reported labels. Their ratings do not provide a verified numerical formula, so comparisons use the output, fee, and wait entered from the in-game terminal. Location bonuses are not applied again.

UEX refinery method documentation

Verification incomplete

Signatures lack individual verification records

The supported patch is the site's target. The signature reference does not yet record a source, patch, and in-game verification date for each entry.

Verification work

Limited coverage

Ground deposits do not identify their minerals

Named ground materials have source-reported method references, not unique scan mappings. Generic FPS and ROC readings do not identify mineral contents. Janalite has conflicting signature data and Carinite lacks a verified deposit association. Current-patch in-game verification is pending. Salvage panel signatures do not describe every kind of wreck.

Ground signature coverage

Source-reported coverage

Sell locations are buyers, not mining sites

Ship mining locations are reported by UEX and have not been individually verified in game. Ground location coverage is limited to six Stanton and Pyro moons reported by the Star Citizen Wiki API, with source patch and review dates. Carinite locations and abundance remain unavailable. The loadout catalog lists source-reported equipment compatibility; fracture power and modifier calculations are not yet supported. Sell terminals are kept separate. An RS lookup cannot determine rock resistance, instability, or crackability.

Track ore capacity during a run

Compare recorded cargo with your vehicle's standard ore capacity.

  • Show remaining capacity and over-capacity warnings without blocking cargo entry.
  • Offer source-reported references for Prospector, MOLE, Golem, ROC, and ROC-DS, with an unknown option for other setups.
  • Keep each run's capacity reference and source details with its history.
  • Read older saved runs without guessing their capacity or losing their cargo.
Product

Find saved locations faster

Browse recent scans, saved resources, and saved locations in separate tabs.

  • Keep saved locations one action away, even with a long resource list.
  • Navigate all three Saved tabs with arrow keys, Home, and End.
  • Keep unsaved changes when browser storage fails, and protect another tab's saved data when storage recovers.
  • Restore your chosen theme when opening or returning from a missing page.
  • Clarify that the equipment catalog supports loadout compatibility, while fracture calculations remain unavailable.
Product

Save your mining loadouts

Keep named vehicle and equipment setups in this browser and reuse them when starting a mining run.

  • Choose compatible mining lasers and optional modules for each supported vehicle station, including fixed-laser setups.
  • Find modules in a searchable list inside the loadout editor.
  • Create, edit, duplicate, and export your saved setups without an account.
  • Keep a copy of your chosen equipment with each run, even if the original preset changes or is deleted.
  • See the equipment source and game version saved with each setup.
Product

Keep track of your refinery jobs

Save a chosen terminal quote as a refinery job and keep its finish time and estimate in this browser.

  • Track multiple single-ore jobs with their refinery, method, output, fee, and quoted wait.
  • See upcoming and ready jobs, correct active records, and mark collected jobs for the archive.
  • Keep countdowns accurate after reopening the browser and preserve saved estimates when market prices refresh.
  • Export local records and handle unavailable browser storage without changing mining runs or preferences.

Compare selling raw with a refinery quote

Compare up to three terminal quotes with the estimated raw sale value of your ore.

  • Enter expected output, fee, and wait to see estimated net value, gain or loss versus selling raw, and the break-even fee.
  • Open the calculator from mining runs or a ship ore's resource page without changing saved cargo.
  • Use method and refinery names as labels, with terminal figures instead of unverified yield or fee presets.
  • Keep missing prices, incomplete quotes, source dates, and excluded costs visible.
Product

See what your mining haul could sell for

Estimate the raw sale value of your collected ore and compare reported buyers from Mining runs.

  • Show raw sale estimates and up to three reported buyers per ore, using raw prices separately from refined prices.
  • Label partial estimates, missing raw prices, older reports, and inert material without inventing a value.
  • Keep scanner sell cards focused on their existing preferred material form.
  • Estimate finished hauls at current cached prices without changing their saved cargo or claiming a historical sale value.

Choose whether to share optional analytics

Allow or decline optional visit and performance analytics, and review how the site handles your data.

  • Keep optional analytics off until you choose Allow, with equally prominent Allow and Decline controls.
  • Remember your choice for 180 days and let you change it from the Privacy & data page in the footer.
  • Stop further analytics reports when permission is withdrawn, including across open tabs.
  • Explain local saves, hosting protection, and private feedback without affecting scanner features.

Keep track of your mining haul

Start a mining run, record collected cargo, and keep a history of your trips in this browser.

  • Log ship ores and inert material in SCU, adjust quantities, and keep a running cargo total.
  • Add cargo from the scanner or cockpit, with an explicit resource choice when a scan matches multiple ores.
  • Finish or abandon a run into searchable history, then reuse its details for another trip with empty cargo.
  • Save runs locally, export their data, and show a warning when browser storage cannot save changes.
Product

Keep the scanner beside your game

Switch to cockpit mode for a compact scanner, complete exact readings, and a focused sell-price summary.

  • Keep the active scan when entering or exiting, and restore cockpit mode from its shareable URL.
  • Explain cockpit mode on hover or keyboard focus, with the same hover animation as Feedback and the referral link.
  • Show the best sell location and two other high-paying options, with report ages and snapshot time inside expandable details.
  • Keep Saved and keyboard shortcuts close, with arrow-key navigation through nearby suggestions.
  • Expand the full sell table when needed and label cached prices while offline.
Product

Move between scans with keyboard shortcuts

Press / to select the RS field, Enter to look up a signature, and Escape to clear it for the next scan.

  • Keep scan history, favorites, and the remembered system when clearing a result.
  • Give dialogs, dropdowns, and other editable fields priority over scanner shortcuts.
  • Add a compact shortcut reference and a remembered option to disable / and Escape.
  • Let Escape close the sell-system dropdown and restore focus without clearing the scan.
Product

Explore mining locations and save your favorites

Find reported ship mining areas by resource or location, and keep useful places in Saved.

  • Browse mining areas by resource, location name, familiar codes, and star system.
  • Open resource details from scan results and follow links between resources and mining locations.
  • Save favorite locations alongside resources without losing existing scans or preferences.
  • Match the Resources and Locations headings and subtitles to the home page.
Product

Keep recent scans and favorite resources

Use the Saved panel to revisit scans and keep favorite resources in this browser, without an account.

  • Recall your last 20 distinct scans using current results and prices.
  • Star resources from scan results, the directory, or resource pages and look up their RS values from Saved.
  • Remember your sell-system filter across scans and reloads.
  • Remove individual items, clear history, or clear saved mining data while keeping your theme.
  • Give the footer Feedback button the same hover effect as the referral link.
Product

Clearer approximate signature results

Nearby suggestions now show raw RS differences, with distinct exact, nearby, ambiguous, and no-match states.

  • Apply a documented plausibility cutoff, deterministic ordering, and candidate deduplication.
  • Replace unsupported confidence percentages with numerical differences and corrective no-match guidance.
  • Preserve exact collisions, shared signature links, and keyboard selection.

Game-data updates

Recorded data baselines and refreshes, each tied to its target game patch.

Game dataTarget patch 4.10

Find FPS and ROC mining areas

Explore reported ground materials on six Stanton and Pyro moons, with mining-method filters.

  • Connect ground material pages and location pages in both directions.
  • Filter mining areas by ship, ROC, or FPS method alongside system and resource searches.
  • Show source patch, review date, and pending in-game verification for ground listings.
  • Keep Carinite locations unknown and Janalite signature uncertainty separate from its location report.
  • Reduce card shadows so nearby translucent panels stay evenly lit.

Partially verified.

mining locations:
32 source-reported occurrences for seven ground materials; source version 4.10.0-LIVE.12519617.
Game dataTarget patch 4.10

Browse FPS and vehicle mining materials

Find eight ground materials with mining-method notes and sources, even when RS cannot identify them.

  • Open possible materials and mining methods from generic FPS and ROC scan results.
  • Search, browse, and favorite named ground materials independently of scan signatures.
  • Show source patch and review date, with Janalite's conflicting signature and Carinite's missing method marked explicitly.
  • Keep current-patch in-game verification pending; no gem prices or ground mining locations are added.

Partially verified.

resources:
Eight source-reported ground material references; no new mineral signature mappings.
Game dataTarget patch 4.10

Initial UEX-reported ship mining locations

Adds a separate mining-location reference for patch 4.10. These are source-reported mappings, not individual in-game verifications.

  • Record 53 mining areas and mapping records for 26 ship ores using public UEX data.
  • Keep missing mappings explicit, including Quantainium, without treating missing data as resource absence.
  • Preserve source URLs, collection time, source modification dates, and response hashes. Abundance, resistance, instability, ROC, and hand-mining data remain outside this snapshot.

Patch verification not recorded. UEX snapshot: . Fetch time is separate from individual price-report dates.

mining locations:
Explicit commodity mappings to planets, moons, Lagrange points, and mining areas, kept separate from sell terminals.
Game dataTarget patch 4.10

Reference baseline for the supported patch

Documents the existing datasets present when patch 4.10 support was declared. This is a baseline record, not a new data refresh or confirmation that every value was verified in that patch.

  • Record the 36-resource signature reference with cluster counts from 1 through 12.
  • Record the checked-in UEX snapshot for 26 priceable ship ores and their sell locations.
  • The earlier snapshot refresh did not record its target patch. Individual price confirmation dates can be older than the snapshot date.

Patch verification not recorded. UEX snapshot: . Fetch time is separate from individual price-report dates.

resources:
36 reference resources covering ship ores, asteroid types, ground deposits, and salvage panels.
signatures:
Base RS values and cluster readings for counts 1 through 12; per-resource patch verification is not recorded.
prices:
The August 30 UEX snapshot contains sell prices for 26 ship ores; a snapshot refresh does not reverify each price.
sell locations:
Terminals buying those ores, including system and material form. These are buyers, not mining locations.
